2. Platform Services

ardena provides a peer-to-peer marketplace connecting car owners with renters. We connect verified vehicle owners with renters for car rental across Kenya.

3. User Accounts

To use our platform, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

4. Vehicle Rentals

Car owners are responsible for ensuring their vehicles are in safe, roadworthy condition and properly insured. Renters must have a valid driver's license and meet all requirements. Both parties agree to comply with all applicable traffic laws and regulations. ardena acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the condition of vehicles or the actions of users.

5. Booking and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment must be made through our secure payment system. Cancellation policies vary by booking type and are clearly stated at the time of booking. Refunds are processed according to our cancellation policy.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users may not use the platform for any illegal activities, fraud, or to violate any laws or regulations. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: using stolen vehicles, providing false information, engaging in fraudulent transactions, or violating the rights of other users.

7. Limitation of Liability

ardena acts as an intermediary platform and is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the use of vehicles or services booked through our platform. Users are responsible for their own actions and the condition of their vehicles.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
