Yes. All rentals include comprehensive insurance coverage with third-party liability, collision damage, and theft protection. There's a standard excess of KSh 50,000 that the renter is responsible for in case of damage or theft.
Download the ardena host app, complete verification with your ID and vehicle documents, add your car details and photos, set your pricing and availability. Once approved, your car will be visible to renters.
We accept M-Pesa, Visa, and Mastercard. All payments are processed securely through the app, and hosts receive their earnings within 48 hours of rental completion.
Our support team is available 24/7. Report any issues through the app or call us directly. For accidents, contact police first, then report to ardena within 24 hours with a police abstract for insurance claims.
