Frequently asked questions
Download the ardena client app, create an account, and browse available vehicles. Once you find a car you like, select your dates, confirm the booking, and pay securely through the app. You'll coordinate pickup directly with the host.
Every vehicle on ardena is covered by the host's own motor insurance, which is a condition of listing. ardena is not an insurer. At booking you can add the optional ardena Damage Waiver, which caps what you pay out of pocket for accidental damage. The daily fee, the per-vehicle cap, and the exclusions are shown in your booking summary before you pay. Full detail is on our insurance & protection page.
Download the ardena host app, complete verification with your ID and vehicle documents, add your car details and photos, set your pricing and availability. Once approved, your car will be visible to renters.
We accept M-Pesa, Visa, and Mastercard. All payments are processed securely through the app, and hosts receive their earnings within 48 hours of rental completion.
Our support team is available 24/7. Report any issues through the app or call us directly. For accidents, contact police first, then report to ardena within 24 hours with a police abstract for insurance claims.
