Delete your account, on your terms.
Whenever you’re ready, you can ask us to remove your account and what we store about you—no drama, just clear steps below.
01 / Your rights
Your right to delete.
You can delete your ardena account and the data associated with it at any time. Here’s exactly what happens when you do.
- Your profile and account credentials are removed.
- Your personal information—name, email, phone—is deleted from our systems.
- Booking and transaction history linked to your account is anonymized or removed in line with legal retention requirements.
- You will no longer be able to log in or use ardena services with that account.
Deletion is permanent. We may retain minimal data where required by law (e.g. for tax or dispute resolution).
